Superfoods are of course very healthy and they bear their name well.
However, I see many people getting the newest and healthiest Superfoods and completely not implementing the TRUE OLD Superfoods in their diet.
A diet rich in fruit and vegetables is the foundation of a healthy diet.
Who thinks to cover his needs with a few Goji berries and a deficient diet is of course completely wrong. Unfortunately, many think so.
It never makes sense to evaluate your diet of just a few individual foods.

If you really eat a high amount of the following foods every day, you can save yourself all the other superfoods.
Of course, you can still use them if you like, but dark green leafy vegetables and fruits have always been NUMERO UNO:
