🔹Barbell Hip Thrust🔹 - Shoulder blades on top of the bench.
- Make sure bar is centered
- Use hands to balance and keep the bar steady
- Chin tucked in, head stays looking forward - At the top of the rep your shins should be vertical (if there not either move your feet closer or further away until they are)
- Drive heels into ground and squeeze your glutes at the top of the movement!
Use a variety of different rep ranges, tempos, pauses and sets schemes for best results 🍑
If you are wanting to build your Glutes you should definitely be Hip Thrusting, they are by far one of my favourites!

Just me doing strong tings. 15 days straight of working 8 hour shifts and I’m still in here grinding every night.
Bench volume PR of 300 lbs for 3 reps next stop 5 reps... was toying around with everything else tonight just for the sake of lifting heavy tings 😆...watching strongman comps had me curious so I tried a single hand 100 lb DB press lol

Perde-se força, massa muscular, equilíbrio, a quantidade de gordura corporal pode aumentar, as doenças aparecem, enfim, tudo aquilo que já conhecemos. Tais mudanças acabam por resultar em perda de autonomia funcional, ou seja, o idoso passa a depender de um parente ou mais parentes e/ou cuidador, para que consiga realizar atividades da vida diária, que antes eram realizadas sem tanto esforço, como por exemplo: sentar e levantar do sofá, agachar para pegar algo no chão, colocar um calçado ou uma roupa íntima, etc.
A atividade física, tem PAPEL FUNDAMENTAL na saúde de todos, principalmente na saúde do idoso. Ela tem por objetivo prevenir a perda da autonomia funcional e/ou recuperá-la.
E ao contrário do que muitos pensam, idosos precisam sim, treinar! Força, cárdio respiratório, agilidade, equilíbrio, coordenação, flexibilidade, devem estar presentes em sua rotina diariamente. Tudo dentro do respeito às suas características, necessidades e limitações.

In our modern world, we are always connected, always wired, always busy. We never seem to switch off, and that is why everyday stress levels & health issues are on the rise. Are you personally stressed?? Here are 6 easy and implementable ways to improve your nighttime routine and start toes reductions in your stress levels, and increased in your productivity levels:
-Switch off or mute your phone 30min-1hour before bed
-Replace this with reading (start with an enjoyable book type!), mediation, yoga, breathing exercises
-Choose a ‘bed time’ and a ‘wake time’ and stay consistent. -Get amongst the nighttime apps and options on your phone for gentle reminders. -Black out with a mask or dark curtains
