My mission for the next few weeks is to share as much as I can, helping people to take those smaller little step in to a bigger happier wellbeing world.
A client yesterday asked me if this is the program I give out for my one to private sessions that I offer?
My answer was-Nope 👈🏼 For my one to one sessions, I give a “one to one” personalised advices based on achieving my clients health goals.
With one to one, you get sessions of talking therapy, cooking class, health and wellbeing advice, bespoke diet to follow and skills and regular motivation to help you achieve that health goal of your dream.
My four week program is generalised to simply get people eating more nutritional based food, introducing raw simple diet, delicious recipes to help you lead a vibrant, healthy life and have fun. My recipes are aimed at helping you gain energy, optimising protein intake, boosting immunity by simply guiding you to “down to earth” playful approach that I have learn in the past 28 years of stepping into the well-being world. 🙏♥️
