Good morning lovelies! So many family gatherings and celebrations this summer. Our absolutely fav appetizer is rainbow veggies platter with home made hummus
1 15-ounce can chickpeas
1 cup water
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup tahini
1 lemon juiced
3/4 tsp sea salt
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Warm chickpeas, water and whole garlic cloves in a pot for 5-7 minutes.
Add to the blender and blend with lemon juice, salt and tahini. Stream in olive oil while blending.
Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down sides as needed. Taste and adjust seasonings as you prefer.
Garnish with a little more olive oil and paprika. Serve with veggies rainbow. Experience joy! ￼
