Working on lats 3 months apart. More definition, better haircut and around 7kg lighter which makes me float in the air with 90kg weights on the machine (78kg body weight)... Increased strength while cutting slowly, can't complain 👌

Today yet another session of #projectIronTherapy went on, this time:? Back day! Since there was not much space to do deadlift, I had to go with some alternate programme.
Begun with #bentoverrow then moved on to #lateralpulldown, some #seatedrows, #hyperextension and #straightarmpulldown :) Was quite nice. Now to enjoy after #workout snack (almost looks like tiramisu, doesn't it ;) ) and off to work. Have a #niceday !

Not a fan of doing shrugs standing straight up so I always keep a bend in my knees. I feel it a lot more in my traps and especially middle to lower traps 💥
