Still in a calorie surplus and have been for quite some time now... and i’m seeing good results! Definitely making the most of the free time this summer!
These are some of the working set exercises i’m basing my pull days around... keeping track of how many sets, reps and weight i do of each exercise of each workout, progressing from workout to workout by increasing the weight slightly each time to improve at my weaknesses, especially focusing on pull because my posterior strength could use some improvement to keep everything balanced!
Gained about 10 pounds back that i lost over the school year and now i’m in new territory and everything from here on out is me breaking new ground... the fun is only beginning!

4 sets of 6,8,10,12reps single handed dumbbell push presses + right after each set, 15 horizontal 3D cable crossovers)
4 sets of 6,8,10,12reps Single handed Incline Dumbell Bench presses + right after each set, 15 low to high 3D cable crossovers
4 sets of 6,8,10,12reps gymnast dips + right after 15 high to low 3D cable crossovers

As a matter of fact, used properly it can unlock exercises unable to be replicated as good any other way. Here’s a great example. The Spider Curl 🕷 - an incredible exercise for loading the biceps in their peak contracted state. Keep those wrists bent back slightly throughout the entire exercise to really overload the biceps and keep the forearms from dominating. Squeeze hard at the top and lower slow. Pair it up with a seated incline curl for a perfect strength curve combo (with the incline curl stressing the opposite end of the curve - the terminal stretch). Give this a try and prepare to clear out some more room in those shirt sleeves! Чтобы выглядеть как атлет нужно тренирваться и питаться как атлет.
К сожалению, физические упражнения это только половина того, чтобы быть крепким здоровым и стройным. Вторая половина это ваше питание. Тренировки дают мышечный корсет. Питание - стройность и низкий процент жира в организме. Если я не изменю свой рацион, через несколько месяцев мое тело адаптируется к нагрузкам, станет тратить на бег, приседания, пресс и прочее меньше калорий чем в самом начале и возобновит копить жир в прежних местах за счёт вернувшегося профицита калорий.
Тренер не советует садиться на специальные диеты или считать калории. Все, что требует от вас чрезмерных усилий будет заброшено рано или поздно. Нужно начать нормально питаться. Без сладкого, сдобного, высококалорийного. Ваше питание и пищевые привычки должны быть правильными, но комфортными для вас. Всему джанкфуду и перекусам нужно найти здоровую замену. Вы должны выбрать ваш рацион которого сможете придерживаться всю свою жизнь! #athleanx #jeffcavaliere

Believe it or not, I care about my teres major 😳! So should you. It’s an important stabilizer of the shoulder and works in concert with the posterior delts to get the arms into extension behind the body. This oldie but goodie lights up the entire shoulder girdle (front and back) because of the band and dumbbells resistance combination. The dumbbells obviously make the front delts work hard to keep them elevated throughout the set. The band challenges the posterior chain as any row would. Put them together and you’ve got the muscle action going on you see here! Give this a shot and let me know how it works for you. So today was chest day. Heres a very simple warm up exercise i love to do, to really pump my chest up and wake it up!
These dumbbell pullovers are incredible and once you get the weight right. My god does it work! Shout-out to @athleanx for this one.
Try adding these into your chest warmup (3 sets x 10-15 reps) and feel the burn!!!! Second half of this video was mainly for people to see how I bench press. The weight was only 55kg but due to a severely weakened wrist I couldn't push my chest too hard! If y'all got any tips on my bench form here drop a comment! I'm always open to suggestions!! Ps.
