EMPADÃO FIT 😍
- 3 ovos
- 9 cs farinha de aveia (ou ate engrossar)
- 1cs azeite
- açafrão, sal à gosto
- 3 cs de água
- 80g frango desfiado.
- 30g queijo mussarela
- 3 cs requeijão light
- 1 cc fermento. ✨
MASSA: misture os ovos, a farinha, o azeite, os temperos, a água e mexa com a colher. Por ultimo, coloque o fermento. Após isso, unte uma forma, coloque metade da massa, em seguida o recheio (frango, queijo, requeijão...) e o resto do recheio. Coloquei um pouco de queijo por cima também! Leve ao forno por +/- 20/25 min ou até dourar! ❤
OBS.: esse empadão fica delicioso, mas não 100% igual o normal, Pq o modo de preparo é super rapido.

Choosing your food carefully can help promote your overall health by building ‘good’ gut bacteria and it can also affect your frame of mind. Remember the last time you overdid it on the sweets? You likely had some sort of craving afterward. In comes the ‘just little slice/piece’ rationalization. It can be very challenging to fight these cravings and it’s all for good reason. In our gut are bacteria that send chemical messengers to elicit cravings… to feed THEM!⠀
Try to include fibrous foods, a good amount of protein (for YOU!), healthy fats, and be sure to incorporate both probiotic foods and prebiotic foods daily. This can aid your gut in sending steady signals and help keep you in a better mood!⠀

Wondering what this is? It\'s my oven door. I wish I had the presence of mind to take a picture of it before I cleaned it.🙄 It was covered in that brown tacky funky residue from a years worth of cooking. It was gross 🤢. I ran the oven self-cleaning option last night but it didn\'t phase the gunk on the glass. 🤔 I sprinkled Thieves Dishwasher detergent and dampened with Thieves Household Cleaner. After sitting for 15 minutes and a minimal amount of elbow grease...voila!!! The icing on the cake 🎂 is that when I use my oven next time, I dont have to worry what kind of fumes ♨️ from the cleaners are swirling around the oven and getting on my food. #winwinHopefully, I can keep it clean for awhile. 🙏🤞
Rise & shine! Love my veggies in the AM. It’s pretty much impossible to get in all your veggies just eating them with dinner, they should be an all day errrryday menu item 😎
I’m weird and don’t mind eating dinner type stuff for breakfast - like this cabbage, sprouted rice, wild tuna stir fry 🤷♀️ but for those of you who want more traditional breakfast meals there are some creative ways to still get those veggies in!
🥒 Mix chopped veggies into your omelettes or scrambles
🥬 Add a handful of spinach or other greens to your morning smoothie
🍠 Make a veggie hash using a mix of potatoes or sweet potatoes and other finely chopped veggies. Throw in some herbs, sea salt, & coconut oil or butter and it’s love at first bite 🤤
🥕 Mix some cooked grated veggies like zucchini, carrots, sweet potato into your oatmeal or your pancake batter
