Zdrowe, pożywne śniadanie, które rano wystarczy tylko wyjąc z lodówki? Idealne na upały i gdy rano brak czasu. Albo gdy jesteście zbyt zaspani i głodni żeby cokolwiek gotować po wstaniu z łóżka.
Sprawdzi się tez zresztą jako deser na później - tak czy inaczej: warto spróbować!
Składniki:
👉 60g kaszy jaglanej 👉 1 1/2 szkl mleka (krowie lub roślinne: wtedy polecam sojowe/kokosowe)
👉 100g serka naturalnego (Bieluch lub Skyr; nada się również ricotta)
👉 2 łyżki wiórków kokosowych 👉 cos do poslodzenia: syrop klonowy, miod, erytrol, ksylitol, aromat kokosowy ze słodzikiem, rozpuszczony słodzik: dowolnie :) .
🧁Kaszę podprazyc lekko na patelni i wsypać do wrzącego mleka. Gotować na małym ogniu pod przykryciem do wchłonięcia płynu (ok 15 minut, musi być miękka, w razie potrzeby - dolać płynu). Pod koniec dodać łyżkę wiórków.
Posłodzić serek - do smaku. Dodać ostudzoną kasze i dokładnie zmiksować - cierpliwie; na gładko. Wymieszać z resztą wiórków.
Przełożyć do naczynka i odstawić do lodówki - na kilka godzin lub całą noc.
Krem świetnie smakuje podany z malinami, mango czy ananasem dla przełamania smaku. Można również dodać inne orzechy czy posiekaną czekoladę. .
Obiecałam więcej przepisów, powoli działam - chociaż złośliwość rzeczy martwych jest dotkliwa - czekam na element statywu który zepsuł się akurat teraz 🤷‍♀️ bo tak, chciałabym wrócić do nagrywek z gotowaniem, ale chwilowo muszę zadowolić się taką formą.
Niemniej jednak - polecam spróbować tego kremu, jest przepyszny:) pierwszy raz robiłam go jakieś... 5-6 lat temu prowadząc śniadaniowego bloga (stad niektórzy mogą go już kojarzyć) - teraz odświeżam niektóre pomysły z tamtych czasów i na prawdę: warto poświecić chwile:)

The Deadlift; arguably one of the hardest to crack with perfect form! & therefore is the one exercise you are likely to skip because “it feels wrong and i don’t want to look like an idiot in the gym” 🙈 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
These are the four most common mistakes i see made with the deadlift & how you can simply correct them 👇🏽🔥 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1️⃣ Arching the back:
Firstly make sure you have bumper plates on your bar from the perfect start set up height. Rounded shoulders will give you a curve in your spine & take away any drive from the hips, resulting in pulling the bar with your upper body 😬 To correct this, simple set by pulling your shoulder back and imagining that you are planting them into your ass before you pull! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2️⃣ Hips coming up too soon:
I am lifting my hips before my torso which means i taking a lot of this weight on my lower back. To correct higher hips practice with no weight just lifting your chest slightly before driving with your hips & keeping eyesight in the mirror the whole time ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3️⃣ Doing a squat not a deadlift:
It’s also dead common and natural to want to turn this exercise from a hip dominate movement to a knee one by essentially just squatting with the bar. Practice pushing the hips back, imagining that you are trying to touch a wall with your bum behind you! you should just keep a soft knee not a full bend ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
4️⃣ Hands to close to the legs
By having your feet and hands so close together it can make the movement feel really weird & unnatural! Try taking a HIP WIDTH stance and then having your hands one palm length away from the side of your leg ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I can say back has been something that made me feel insecure because of the rolls I used to have, I didn’t felt confident in any swimsuit, actually all my clothes were overly tight that’s why I only used big T-shirt. I became obsessed and I love training my back, I’ve seen amazing results so here’s a little back workout I did a few days back.

Well done to Christian on his assessment results! Christian has been training with me for 7 weeks and he also took part in C25K. Determined to get fitter and improve his health, he has worked so, so hard to achieve his goals. The determination Christian has showed is truly inspiring. I don't think any of us as C25K will forget his park run sprint finish!! He has lost just under 1 stone in weight as well as cms from his waist, hips, arms and thighs. I'm so looking to continuing - let's see what we can do in another 6 weeks! 👍
