First of all I do apologize for not posting all last week, i took a needed week off as my body was feeling like crap!
Anyway his was yesterday’s workout with 5x5 for both squat and bench!

Along with #workingout we think it’s important to eat healthy too. We found this #whey protein powder @sprouts in Lynnwood, WA. They have chocolate, vanilla and strawberry and all 3 flavors are delicious. It’s important to remember to get enough protein every day.
A good way to remember how much protein to get is to divide your body weight in half and get that many grams day as a minimum.
as requested: ARM SCULPT workout! 👊🏽💪🏽🤙🏾
▫️use 3lb-8lb weights
▫️do all moves continuously (no breaks between positions): think of it as a “flow”
▫️do each move for 30 seconds, total time = 7 min
▫️repeat the right arm movements on slide 3 & 4 on the left arm before moving on to slide 5
