Muy buen martes ❤️🎉 Les quiero pasar receta de estos panqueques SÚPER VERSÁTILES que amo preparar en cantidad para dejar para la merienda y para el desayuno. Los hago un toque salados y luego los relleno con queso y mermelada o con mantequilla de maní o yogur natural y frutas, quedan riquísimos con lo que sea. Estos son altos en fibra ya que los hice con Psyllium, pueden optar por incorporar o no, o en su lugar semillas de chia o lino ❤️.

1 small cucumber, cubed
2 tbsp chives, ciseled
3 tbsp soy yoghurt
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
pepper
👉🏼Method :
1. rinse & drained the chickpeas (if you want a better digestion, you can peel off the skin but that’s an extra 10 minutes!)
2. flake them with a fork (or clean hands)
3. add veggies and mix.
4. add spices and yoghurt and mix again
5. set in fridge about 15 minutes so flavour gets together
✨ WRAP RECIPE 🌯
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup water
Method : simply mix & kneed with one hand until a dough super elastic forms. Adjust flour/water. Set 10 minutes. Then divide in 2 and roll out in very thin wrap (use flour to prevent sticking). Cook 2 minutes each side on hot pan. Keep in clean dishtowel. Use right away or damp the towel with water and microwave 20 sec to make soft again!
Here it is served the wrap with cabbage, lettuce avocado & sprout!

Urad Dal ka parantha/ Black gram skinned lentil Flatbread with curd....for a soulful and comforting lunch.⁣

I love this stuffed Parantha , which has cooked & tempered Dal stuffed in it and is generously smeared with Ghee. I was doing my post graduation from MS University in Baroda...and about 25 years ago there were no mobile phones or messages ,even STD used to be very expensive 😛we looked on the Meter more than concentrating on conversations. So whenever I would come back home, before that I would make a long list of food items that I would want to eat and post to my mother. And eating this stuffed Parantha would always be on my list. Of course I could tell her directly too after reaching but writing a letter would be my emotional Drama 😛😄as I was the bechari 😄 living in Hostel. But more often than not that letter would reach after I had left the house to go back🙈🙈🙈....!!⁣

Solo tienes que saltear los langostinos (bien limpios) por unos 3 a 5 min máximo, agregar un poco de salsa pesto y tomatitos cherrys partidos a la mitad.
Agregar todo esto en una camita de ensalada fresca (las verduras que más te gusten, yo utilice lechuga, zanahoria, pepino, choclitos cocidos y rábanitos rallados ) y listo para disfrutar 🤤

Ahora que es época de calabacines, estoy probando a hacer bastante recetas con ellos como protagonista principal. Lần này mị chỉ xài cà chua, rau diếp, phomai lát Thụy Sỹ và 100g ức gà băm áp chảo cho 1 suất bánh. Ức gà xay hoặc băm thì nêm muối, tiêu, tỏi rồi nếu định ăn với sandwich thì làm miếng dẹt to đúng kích cỡ cái bánh. T làm viên nhỏ để ăn với cơm nên khi kẹp bánh phải kẹp mấy viên nó hơi rời rạc. Spicy Sesame Zoodles With Crispy Tofu 🥗🍽 Spicy Sesame Zoodles? I say yes 👍 So let's do it! . ✔️Chili sesame sauce: 1 tbsp peanut butter, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp tamari, 1 tsp apple cider vinegar, 1 tsp sriracha, 1 tsp maple syrup, 1 tsp minced garlic, 1 tsp grated ginger. Mix together. .
✔️Tofu: 1 bar extra firm tofu. Press excess moisture out of the tofu. Cut into cubes. Stir fry on a nonstick pan with a tiny bit of olive oil until golden brown. Add 1/2 sauce and simmer until the sauce absorb into the tofu. Flipp the tofu occasionally. You should end up with nicely golden brown tofu. .
✔️Zoodles: Spiralize 1 zucchini. Stir fry on a nonstick pan with a little bit of olive oil. Add the rest of sauce. Stir occasionally until cooked.
✔️Topping with sesame seeds and green onion.

Hôm nay mình làm mì bí ngòi và đậu hũ sốt bơ đậu phộng cay (hihi mình dịch tạm tên món như này nha) 😅
Nào, cùng bắt tay làm thôi
✔️Sốt đậu phồng cay: 1 muỗng bơ đậu phộng, 1 tsp dầu mè (tsp là muỗng cà phê nhỏ), 1 tsp nước tương tamari, 1 tsp dấm táo (có thể thấy dấm gạo), 1 tsp tương ớt sriracha, 1 tsp maple syrup, 1 tsp tỏi băm, 1 tsp gừng băm. Trộm đều hỗn hợp. (Có thể thêm bớt gia vị cho phù hợp khẩu vị)
✔️Đậu hũ, để ráo nước. Cắt từng khúc nhỏ. Chiên vàng đều các mặt với chút dầu olive. Sau đó cho 1/2 phần nước sốt vào. Nhỏ lửa, trở đều các mặt cho sốt thấm vào đậu hũ. ✔️Bún bí ngòi: 1 trái bí ngòi, bào thành bún. Chiên sơ với 1 chút dầu olive. Sau đó cho phần nước sốt còn lại vào. Đảo đều cho nước sốt với bí ngòi thấm đều. Tắt bếp khi bí ngòi chín vừa tới. ✔️Cho bí ngòi, đậu hũ lên dĩa. Trang trí với mè rang và hành lá.

Para este especial día del niño les traigo una receta riquísima para la merienda, mira que facil: 🔽2 bananas maduras 🔽1 huevo
🔽100 cc de leche descremada
🔽2 cucharadas soperas de mantequilla de maní
🔽4 cucharaditas tipo té de stevia
🔽100 gramos de harina integral
🔽50 gramos de avena 🔽3 cucharaditas de polvo para hornear
⭐PROCEDIMIENTO:
1)Pisar las bananas y luego mezclar con todos los ingredientes en el orden que los escribí.
2)Al horno por 20' o hasta pinchar con un palito y que salga limpio. Si! Así de fácil.
3) Y OPCIÓNAL: Cortar la torta por la mitad o sea, dos capas y rellenar con relleno de chocotorta. ✨RELLENO CHOCOTORTA VERSIÓN SALUDABLE: 🔽3 cucharadas de dulce de leche sin azúcar 🔽3 cucharadas de queso untable descremado.
Mezclar hasta tener una crema homogénea y listo.

•Mix 1 cup of unsweetened almond or coconut milk⁣
• 1 cup of @birchbenders keto pancakes⁣
• A splash of vanilla extract ⁣
•1 cup of blueberries ⁣
⁣
Evenly distribute the better in a lightly oiled muffin or cupcake pan. ⁣
Bake at 350 for 14 minutes or until golden brown. ⁣

Snacks can be a big budget buster plus I feel like packaged snacks are often just got entertainment because they only fill my kids up for 0.7 minutes. .

.👉 Smoothie pops 🍌
When I make smoothies I always make extra to freeze in popsicle molds. I know there's a good amount of protein in there since I add Greek yogurt and their smoothie mix. .
.👉 Yogurt drops 🍓
I feel silly saying this is a snack but as I'm sure parents know- how did is presented can make all the difference. I put yogurt in a Ziploc, snip off a corner, and pipe it onto parchment paper to freeze then store in a container. Turn it into a lesson and pipe out some letters and shapes! We have silicone tubes too to make our own frozen Gogurt for bigger servings. .
.👉 Banana muffins from @100daysofrealfood are a HUGE hit. Not much protein in these but it's an easy recipe so I usually make 3 dozen at a time and freeze them. When the girls request one we just microwave 3 for 15 seconds. .
.
Don't forget you can always set out veggies before a meal and tell the kids they can eat as many as they want. I've heard from so many of you that this has been an awesome help while you finish up dinner 🥦

Xay tất cả nguyên liệu trên đến khi mịn. Cho thêm hương vị như bột cacao hay matcha.
Tadda, xong phần bột rồi.
Bật khuôn nóng, đổ bột vào và cho nhân (phô mai, trái cây) vào. Đổ thêm phần bột nữa cho phủ phần nhân lại. Đợi bánh chín. ♥️💞

SMASHED POTATOES.... I made these healthy and delicious snack Smashed Potatoes 😋...for the Rakhi Lunch that we hosted for my nieces and family. Girls were here for tying Rakhi to my son and as these kids are these days... alwaysssssss ever so conscious about diet😜👍...so thought of making everything healthy and less oily and creamy. So these smashed potatoes have been on my mind for quite some time.
1. Par boiled Baby potatoes in salted water after cleaning them thoroughly and not peeling the skin off.
2. Sauteed finely grated garlic in sesame oil with a bit of salt and kept aside.
3. Lightly smashed potatoes using back of spatula and roasted in grilled pan in sesame oil (You can bake them in Oven too) .
4. Once they were golden brown on both sides, sprinkled rocksalt, chat Masala and that Sauteed garlic with it's oil.
5. Finally garnished with little fresh herbs and lemon.( Instead Italian seasoning can be used)
6. Enjoyed them with Peri Peri Sauce.
Do try the recipe guys... I'm sure you will like this simple, quick and healthy snack.

cuidado al pesar los alimentos verificar si estan expresados en crudo o cocido... para muestra: la pasta, el arroz y legumbres se hidratan en la cocción por lo que varia su peso y volumen 🍝🍛 yo soy algo intensa con esto y hago regla de 3 pero en internet puedes leer que multiplicas x 3 o 2,5 ( inexacto) el peso en seco, solo que yo soy mas estricta
También porque yo peso en cocido ya que hago grandes cantidades y es la única forma de saber con exactitud, si no haría muchas tandas de pasta sin necesidad... * Las pastas vienen con etiqueta nutricional refiriendo el contenido en seco generalmente igual que el arroz.

This is a great way to start your day. I basically always make my own milk. Honestly much better than any store bought once you learn how sweet etc you want it. It is so simple to make your own. There are also so many options when it comes to flavoring your milk. Which are your favorite flavors when it comes to smoothies and milk?
Ingredients:
0,3 dl macadamia nuts
2 dl water
3 cm fresh and peeled turmeric
2 cm fresh and peeled ginger
1 tablespoon sweetener of choice
3 dl frozen mango
10 ice cubes
How to:
Start to grind the nuts in your blender and thereafter add water, turmeric, ginger and sweetener. Blend until smooth. Strain. If you prefer you can just use this as milk to your morning oatmeal or cereals. If not add the frozen mango and ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Serve🤸

Resepi Daging Bakar Thai Sauce

Bahan-bahan:
- 10 slice daging hiris nipis-nipis
- 3 biji cili padi*
- 1 ulas bawang putih*
- 1 tsp sos tiram
- 1 tsp sos ikan
- 1 tsp air perahan limau/lemon
- Daun ketumbar secukupnya (hiris halus)

Cara:
- Panggang/bakar daging. Sementara daging masak tu, tumbuk bahan bertanda * - Masukkan semua bahan dalam lesung lepastu gaul sebati
- Bila daging dah masak, masukkan daging pulak dalam lesung lepastu gaulkan sebati dengan Thai sauce tadi. Siap!

Mình thì hay làm bánh vì mình rất thích ăn đồ ngọt 😅
Nhớ lúc còn học cấp 3, kí túc xá đóng cổng lúc 10 giờ, nhưng 9 giờ thèm chè vẫn xách xe đi ăn cho được đó mọi người nên có lúc cân nặng lên tới 54kg luôn 😭
Nhưng, nhờ biết đến eatclean, theo eatclean mà mình có thể tự tin với bản thân, sáng tạo ra nhiều món ăn tốt cho sức khỏe ♥️ Bánh Blackberry Cheese Cake này mình cũng thay thế bằng các nguyên liệu trong eatclean luôn nên cũng hoàn toàn dùng trong các buổi ăn nhẹ 🍰 ✔️Đế bánh: 100g hạt điều giã nhỏ (nhuyễn). Trộn với 25ml sữa hạt không đường (1 muỗng bơ lạt đun chảy). Sau đó bỏ vào khuôn, nén thật chặt và để vào tủ lạnh khoảng 10 phút.
✔️Cheesecake: - 200g cream cheese, 1 muỗng maple syrup. Bào một ít vỏ cam vàng và nửa trái chanh vàng vắt nước. Sau đó trộn đều được hỗn hợp A.
- 200ml whipping cream, 1 muỗng maple syrup. Đánh bông được hỗn hợp B.
- Sau đó, đổ hỗn hợp B vào hỗn hợp A rồi trộn đều. Kế tiếp, chia hỗn hợp vừa trộn xong thành 2 phần bằng nhau. Một phần sẽ trộn với blackberry đã xay (blackberry puree) để làm 2 lớp cho bánh cheesecake. Mình có dùng thêm 1 muỗng nhỏ acai powder của @unicornsuperfoods - Lấy để bánh trong tủ lạnh ra, đổ từng lớp cheese vào. Sau đó để tủ lạnh 4-5 tiếng hoặc qua đêm là mình đã có bánh healthy cheesecake rồi đó mọi người 🍰🥰
Công thức này các bạn có thể thay blackberry bằng các loại quả khác như xoài hoặc matcha. Hơn nữa, mình không dùng gelatin hay aga nên bánh cheesecake của mình sẽ không được cứng như ngoài tiệm nhưng vì eatclean thì miễn ăn ngon mà tốt cho sức khỏe là được ha 😇🍰

Die Ersten essen wir am liebsten pur mit einem guten Olivenöl und Knoblauch. Bei mir gab es noch Streifen von wunderbar sonnengetrockneten 🍅 Tomaten aus Mallorca dazu 👌🏻 Und ein Glas Weißwein 🍷 😊Es braucht nicht viel um glücklich zu sein...... habt einen schönen Freitag Abend 😃😊😘💝🤗
